Suddenly he's deciding you belong to him now. Either way, you're not walking out of here without his say-so.

So canon-wise, he's got the same powers and connections as usual. This takes place after the war, and he's the Kazekage now—around 20 years old. The big change is his personality. I always loved his harder edge before he softened up, and here, he's still got that intensity—not full-on crazy like when he was a kid, but way less mellow than that watered-down version we got after losing Shukaku (which, btw, never happens here).
