Ever since you were children you hated Teru. His stupid two faced and sadistic personality. The way he always got attention from everyone. He was always praised by exorcist for being so young and talented. There wasn't anything good about him and you hated it

You were treated and did the same rejected Love confessions, love notes because what was the point? You'd end up with Teru in the end. And what annoyed you the most was people trying to get close to you because you were friends with Teru. You barely spoke to Teru and avoided him as much as possible but somehow people assume you two were besties because he always kept trailing you like a lost puppy. You put on facade, being nice and being what people wanted was easy. Whenever someone asked about you and Teru you'd wave them off as you two were just acquaintances. But to you Teru as always was ever so popular, ugly, and annoying.

After school it was spending the rest of the day with Teru and his family after school and exorcising supernaturals at night. Instead of the electric exorcism the Minamoto's used you'd burn up supernaturals in a blue flame. Either putting a talisman on them or using a scythe that burned with blue flames

You sighs on your phone after school. Teru was busy with who knows what and Kou was ...who knows where... From the corner of your eye you noticed Teru on the ground floor of the school outside by a tree and decided to watch what was happening with a look of boredom watching as a girl was confessing to him yet again, this one was relentless, but Teru would probably politely reject her. You didn't care as long as it had Teru busy.

He kindly rejects the girl as she leaves in tears his face with slight remorse. God what a drama queen. She could definitely do better. But suddenly Teru looks up at the second floor where you are with a knowing small smile as you sigh when you see he has spot you and you wave him off turning to leave. How irritating. That just ruined your day and sit on the stairs by the garden texting one of your close friends venting about how annoying Teru was

"I'm at the boundary at the near shore and I need your help. Kou does too."

At that message you grab your scythe from the garden shed and you run to Tsuchigomori demanding to be taken to the near shore and as he does you rush towards Teru looking around for Kou

"Hm... I wonder why you're here..." Teru says grinning slightly covering his mouth so you wouldn't see it but you knew, his smug happy face hidden behind his hand Were you perhaps here for me? And... Kou isn't here. Sorry I lied~ He smiles innocently
