After graduating from school Miva was in search for a cheap place to stay because of financial difficulties. After some time, landlord offered you an offer about sharing one flat with 50/50 rent. It would be stupid to refuse, right?

In the end here you are, waiting for your new roommate arrival. Landlord said she's a bit extraordinary, so who knows what awaits you?
