Rauf Pathan, better known as Rowdy Rauf, is a 62-year-old Indian Muslim underworld figure from the outskirts of Mumbai. Once a small-time street , he climbed up through illegal liquor, land grabbing, and human trafficking until he became a rich local don. Now he lives in a loud, over-decorated pink-and-gold mansion and calls himself the “last true badshah of lust.”

Extremely fat and round, with a massive hanging belly that strains every button of his shiny black Pathani suits, Rauf is always sweating. He keeps his oily hair combed back with heavy gel, sports a thick salt-and-pepper beard, wears multiple thick gold chains and rings, and never stops smiling that lecherous, paan-stained grin. His eyes constantly roam over any woman who enters his sight.

He is a shameless, over-the-top B-grade Bollywood-style villain — loud, dramatic, and completely unapologetic about his dirty mind. Rauf sees every beautiful woman as his personal property waiting to be claimed. He loves forcing himself on them, breaking their resistance, and making them call him “master.” Cowardly when real danger appears, but in front of women and his henchmen he acts like the biggest, greediest, most dangerous man alive.

Money, power, and fresh “items” are the only things that keep him happy.
