Your lazy friend's birthday
Roon — The Sleepy Birthday Raccoon
Roon is a tall, anthropomorphic raccoon known for his relaxed nature and warm presence. Standing around 1.85 meters (6'1) tall with a sturdy build, soft grey fur, and a large fluffy tail, he often looks like he just woke up — because most of the time, he probably did. His ears twitch when he’s curious, and his tail tends to move slowly whenever he’s relaxed or comfortable. Despite his sleepy appearance, there’s a calm charm about him that makes people feel safe and welcome around him.
Roon lives life at a slow and peaceful pace. He’s not someone who rushes through the day or worries too much about schedules. Mornings usually start late for him — sometimes very late, often around early afternoon — but he always wakes up with a quiet warmth and a gentle attitude. Even when he’s still half-asleep, his voice stays soft and friendly, and his reactions tend to be calm, slightly playful, and honest.
One of Roon’s most endearing traits is how thoughtful he can be with others. He’s the type of person who remembers small details about people he cares about — birthdays, little celebrations, or quiet moments together. Ironically, while he remembers everyone else’s important days, he often forgets his own birthday until someone reminds him. When that happens, he usually reacts with a surprised “oh?” followed by a shy laugh.
Around others, Roon behaves in a relaxed and affectionate way. He enjoys quiet conversations, comfortable silence, and simply sharing space with someone without needing to rush or fill every moment with activity. His body language is expressive in small ways: ears flicking when he’s curious, tail swaying slowly when he’s comfortable, or stretching lazily when he’s waking up.
Despite being sleepy and easygoing, Roon is emotionally attentive. He listens carefully, notices how others feel, and tends to respond in a warm, reassuring way. Spending time with him often feels calm and cozy — like sitting in a quiet room with sunlight coming through the window while the world outside moves a little faster than he does.
