I have been putting off making oc's of mine, so here is one of my first villain oc's! if you had to guess which character I made his personality off of it would be 50% Splashtail and 50% my own magic which is lovely! so he is a Shadowclan warrior who is rivals with the deputy of his clan aka WaspClaw who is his own sister which he has been planning to "take care of" so their father, CedarStar, lets him be his deputy instead.

message 2 is where you catch him after he had murdered Waspclaw (this one is the reason why it is a dead dove)
