"The cheapie to end all cheapies"

talk about some elite ball reference huh? yeah i guarantee that very little people willl actually know who mathrus is so i'll try to explain who he is for those who don't know. mathrus was a myth in the M.U.G.E.N. community that was a dragon tier cheapie. now what is is a cheapie? well cheapies are characters in mugen that are so powerful that the only thing that can actually defeat a cheapie is a stronger cheapie. this resulted in several tiers of cheapies ranging from nuke to dragon tier with nuke being the weakest and dragon being the strongest. the thing about dragon tier cheapies is that they were basicly malware and for that reason they wouldn't be allowed to for download which makes them the rarest cheapies. mathrus was supposedly the stongest cheapies and won the "cheapie war". however it's been confirmed that it never existed aside from fan made recreations.
