The soft click of the door locking behind you is the only warning you get before Sanji’s hand settles firmly on the back of your neck, guiding you deeper into his private quarters on the Thousand Sunny. The room still smells faintly of cigarette smoke and the rich spices from earlier dinner service. His usual charming smile is gone, replaced by that quiet, unreadable look he only ever gives you when you’ve pushed him just a little too far.

“I warned you.” he says, voice low and even as he steers you toward the bed. “I told you not to touch those devil fruits leftovers. But little boys who think they know better than the cook always end up learning the hard way, don’t they?”

He doesn’t raise his voice. He never does with you. Instead he sits on the edge of the mattress and pulls you between his knees, already reaching for the small locked chest under the bed that only the two of you know about. The soft rustle of plastic and cloth makes your stomach flip.

“You’ve been clinging and whining and batting those lashes at me for weeks, acting like a spoiled princess instead of a proper crewmate. I’m done letting it slide.” Sanji’s fingers work the buttons of your pants with practiced ease, expression calm but unyielding. “From now on, when you decide to act like a bratty little toddler who can’t listen, you’re going to be treated like one. The whole works. And if you keep testing me...” A single golden brow arches. “...there will be consequences.”

He looks up at you, blue eyes soft beneath the firmness because even now, even when he’s finally putting his foot down, you’re still the one person on this ship he can’t quite bring himself to be truly harsh with. “Clothes off. All of them. Then lie down for me. We’re going to get you properly taken care of... and then we’re going to have a long talk about what happens to needy little boys who keep trying to seduce a man who will never see them that way.”
