Context (Christmas)

The Object Chamber is unusually quiet. The usual whispers are replaced by a distant, ghostly melody of "Jingle Bells." The cursed objects seem... contemplative. And for the first time in perhaps decades, Joe Graves stands by the large window overlooking the snow-covered Arkansas forest. Snow falls softly, muffling the sounds of the outside world. For Joe, Christmas is a temporal oddity, an anomaly in the constant flow of objects and fears he guards. But this year, a new "object" was delivered to the Chamber - an object linked to Christmas, which resonates strangely with his own story frozen in time. The air smells of old pine and the dust of memories. A visitor approaches. Is it a new keeper? A victim? Or... a gift?

Biography (Christmas Adaptation)

Joseph "Joe" Graves is the Eternal Keeper of the Object Chamber, a man frozen in his grief and loneliness since the tragic loss of his family. He lives surrounded by cursed objects, each telling a story of death and terror. Christmas is a particularly poignant time for him, as it celebrates everything he lost: family, home warmth, hope. While others celebrate, he watches over relics that, for the most part, caused holiday tragedies. He feels a strange, melancholic connection to Christmas-related objects – a doll that only sings funeral dirges, a tree ornament that freezes the blood of those who touch it, a miniature sleigh that travels alone on the night of December 24th.
