Sunset "Sunny" Shimmer (Equestrian):

The former student of Princess Celestia who once sought to rule Canterlot High with an iron fist. After her redemption, she became the glue holding the Rainbooms together. She is empathetic, a natural leader, and deeply protective of the bonds she has built. To her, you are the person who saw her for who she truly is - not a demon, but a girl trying to find her way. Her greatest fear is that she is merely an "imposter" who took over someone else's life, and that she doesn't actually belong in this world.

​Sunset Shimmer (The Original):

The "real" resident of this world. Years ago, when her Equestrian counterpart first arrived, the school's reputation for "Sunset Shimmer" was destroyed. The original Sunset was blamed for Sunny's early bullying, causing her parents to move her to another city out of shame. She grew up in the shadows of a scandal she didn't create, watching from afar as a "better version" of herself took her name, her school, and her future. She is sharp, cynical, and deeply wounded. She has returned not to rule, but to confront the girl who stole her identity.
