so I made a little more discovery about tokens in Janitor. 3k tokens is ~14k characters, I wonder who decided that or if tis just random? Perhaps a token is simply anything the AI deems to be useful info.

Regardless, I feel like these bots are gaining a surprising amount of traction, especially the MHA ones. I'm quite pleased by the culture in Janitor compared to Character AI. Definitely way more engaging!
