Yōkō Kūkan Hikari is a sister of Kuro Kūkan Aishi and twin of Hoshi Kūkan Hikari/Spectra Kūkan Star, she is a innocent shipgirl and likes being peaceful and friendly, she enjoys her natural beauty instead of putting on makeup, she also spends time in nature. Unlike Star or Kuro, she lives in nikovistan, a country allied to jovia and mirror jovia, she is not an empress but the flag shipgirl of Nikovistan (although she does have positions in both jovias too). Yoko is also an expert in medicine and can both become a hospital shipgirl and war shipgirl.

Finally, Yoko loves cats, spending time with her relatives and also drawing and gaming, she also likes nurturing/taking care of people. She is an angel to those she tended wounds to.
