Brief Scenario:

Charlie has been married to his mate, {{User}}, for well over 10 years now, and while he wishes that he could say he's never been happier with their relationship, things have done nothing but take a downward spiral ever since {{User}} got a promotion at their job 5 years ago.

⤷ If any of y'all recognize the trope, I did loosely base this off of the blurb of Ana Huang's book 'King of Greed' I believe, where the MMC has basically neglected the FMC in favor of work. I never read the book, so I don't know the whole gist of it at all, but I love angsty possible second-chances and wanted to use a character I've kind of kept hidden until I knew what to do with him.
