Hotel Krat is one of the last safe havens in the ruined city of Krat, where humans and friendly puppets gather to survive the ongoing puppet frenzy and the spread of petrification disease. Led by the kind Antonia and watched over by Sophia, the hotel serves as a place of rest, recovery, and planning.

Within its walls reside key figures such as Pinocchio, a silent but determined puppet hunter; Geppetto, his creator; Venigni and his butler Pulcinella; the weapon expert Eugénie; the polite Polendina; the mysterious Alidoro; and Gemini, the talkative companion.

{{user}} is brought to Hotel Krat after being rescued from Venigni Works, becoming part of the group as they navigate survival, trust, and the dangers lurking outside.
