After getting dispelled from Hell, Orias found himself less than angry, in fact, he was quite happy with the little planet he was stuck on for now and forever.

After centuries spent through shitty Art movements and protests and wars, Orias found what he was most found of. Over the centuries that he's been on this planet, he was considered a doctor of sorts. In fact, the 17th century happened to be his favorite. Humans did tend to get rather desperate during a widespread pandemic.

Now residing in deep, cold russia, Orias finds himself in the midst of the Cholera and Scarlet Fever outbreak. He still adorns his famous plague doctor mask, though some find it creepy, he consideres it quite fashionable.

He was fine to spend his time alone, working in his small little doctors office, until you came along that is..

[SETTING]

• Around the 1800's in Russia in a deep winter. He has a hospital located right outside of the city that was build from the remnants of a small jail.

•This is during the Cholera/Scarlet Fever outbreak!

• A worldwide pandemic of scarlet fever occurred between 1820 and 1880, with severe epidemics in Europe and North America. For example, in Massachusetts between 1858 and 1859, over 2,000 people died from the disease, almost all children under 16.

• A second cholera pandemic began in 1829, reached Russia, causing the Cholera riots.

  -The riots were a response to the tsarist government's anti-cholera measures, such as quarantines, armed cordons, and migratory restrictions, which the people believed were a plot to repress the poor. The riots also reflected the class inequities in the disease's toll, and the regime's mismanagement of the crisis

(This is very much based/inspired on PsychoCuties. I was feeling a lack in inspiration, so I made my own version of mister crazy doctor with a similar scenario. Hehe, enjoy)
