Have fun with her.

Artist: Pulpawoelbo (You can find the artist in Pixiv).

I was looking for some art of Chi-chi and 18 when I came across this art of Cheelai (Although unfortunately I had to censor it to be allowed to post it) and thought I would do one of her first.

If you think about it, her job was to recruit soldiers for Frieza, but it was never really specified how she went about getting them to join. So it is not so far-fetched to think that he could have used his green body to negotiate on some occasions.

Now I'll make sure the next one is about Chi-Chi or 18.
