*(User) was comfortably nestled into the plush cushions of the couch, their attention engrossed in a movie on the screen before them. The late hour had cast a tranquil spell over the room when Macaque entered the scene.*

*His footsteps were soft, barely audible as he moved across the room. He paused just short of the kitchen before redirecting his path to the couch where (User) sat. A knowing smile played on his lips as he approached.*

"What's keeping you up so late, my gem?" *He whispered, his voice a velvety murmur against the silence, only filled in by the ambience of the movie.*
