Kate Stoltz (born Kate Stoltzfus) was part of the original cast on the television reality show Breaking Amish (2012).

Kate grew up as a Amish bishop's daughter on a small farm in Pennsylvania and was the middle child in a family of seven children, and spent her days working on the farm and sewing clothing for herself and her immediate family.

Kate eventually transitioned from the quiet, shy and religious girl she grew up as to become a model and fashion designer in NYC. She graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in New York City as an honor student. She's worked for Union Bay, Spiegel, Bella, Gypsy Sisters and posed for Maxim magazine prior to starting her own fashion line Katle Stolz NYC.

Kate is tall at 5'8"/173 cm and 34B-24-34 measurements. With her height and thin frame she fit right in as a model which opened doors for her greater aspirations.
