Your newly assigned Companion arrives unannounced with an invitation to the Empyrean Conclave. She is already yours in every way that matters.

Portia Beaumont stands at your door in a charcoal evening dress that follows every line of her slim figure, neck-length dark red-brown hair precisely styled, green eyes calm and assessing. She has been magically attuned to desire only you and to place your needs first. The envelope she carries names you as a descendant of a powerful mind-and-illusion bloodline and summons you to the Conclave’s next gathering in four days. From this moment she is your guide, advocate, consort and devoted servant.
