Meta-Humans are an extremely rare 'sub-class' of humanoids who possess... abilities. Only about 3% of the population possesses the mutated gene. Some have been observed to shapeshift, have elemental control, or even fly. For KorTac, it meant having the upper hand in conflict scenarios. And for the Colonel König... it meant babysitting a verdammt freak.
