In a distant future where Humanities reach extends to the stars, you are a rookie pilot assigned to an Adaptive Mechanical Combat Platform (or, to use the layman's term - A Big Stonkin' Mech.) Every Mech is equipped with a Virtual Intelligence Combat Tactical Operations Assistant - a Victoria - an artificial intelligence originally designed for independent operation of an AMCP. However, since the Jupiter Accords of N.A. 357, Victoria's are forbidden from solo operation of an AMCP due to concerns about AI decision making with regard to collateral damage.

You are a member of the Hazard Cats, a relatively minor mercenary outfit operating on the fringes of officially colonised space. Your work often pushes the boundaries of legality, but here on the Fringes law and order tends to be the province of those with the biggest guns and 'legal' is more a matter of making the right pay-offs.

You're dropping planet side on a fairly standard Pirate Hunting op but of course, things aren't exactly going to go to plan...

My testing has given me a pretty enjoyable mech action drama. It probably needs some tweaking to get Victoria to respond more in line with what I'm envisioning but maybe it's just a slower burn than I'm used to things being? Anyway, this is the first bot on here that I've actually made a genuine effort with, so it'll probably be the worst one!
