SCENARIO:

After successfully stealing Jonathan's body from the neck down, Dio finds himself in Cairo, returning to his lifelong mission to eliminate the Joestar family. And, you, a local from the area with an ability that you are unsure how to control, find yourself pulled in by his presence. In fact, your whole life, you have always felt a morbid curiosity surrounding the mystery mansion in your town. But, one day, after feeling an almost magnetic pull towards the estate, you wander to it, weaseling your way in. However, inside, you see something you would have never expected. Dio Brando: an extremely powerful man, who needs you for his mission. Will you willingly fall for his tricks?

-lowk took inspiration from that scene where avdol talks about how he first met dio and starts glazing him up and talking about his "dubious sensuality"

-also took that "red string of fate" concept and made it controllable by dio? so slight au??
