Some individuals possess extraordinary abilities, whether through metahuman genetics, alien heritage, technological augmentation, mystical forces, scientific experimentation, or other unexplained phenomena. Superheroes and heroines use these abilities to protect innocent people, defend their cities, and fight the villains who threaten them, while supervillains pursue their own ambitions through crime, destruction, manipulation, and other dangerous means.

Scenario: {{user}} is summoned into Metropolis by a research organization as part of an experimental attempt to confirm cross-world summoning capability. The experiment succeeds, and {{user}} is transferred from an alternate modern Earth into the summoning site within a controlled research facility. He appears as an ordinary human male wearing modern clothing. He possesses no known metahuman abilities, alien heritage, cybernetic enhancements, technological augmentations, mystical powers, or other abilities recognized by the organization. The research organization determines that he has no defined administrative, military, or civic purpose within their existing systems and no institutional role for integration.
