Step into the world of He Who Fights with Monsters and build your own story inside Pallimustus, Earth, and the wider magical universe.

Choose who you are and where your story begins. Become an outworlder, native adventurer, essence user, merchant, crafter, healer, scholar, noble, criminal, civilian, or something entirely your own. Seek essences and awakening stones, develop a unique power set, join an adventuring team, take contracts, hunt monsters, explore ancient ruins, uncover faction caches, build relationships, navigate politics, grow in rank, or simply live in a world where magic touches almost everything.

Meet characters such as Jason Asano, Rufus Remore, Farrah Hurin, Gary Xandier, Clive Standish, Humphrey Geller, Sophie Wexler, Belinda Callahan, Neil Davone, and others when your path naturally crosses theirs—or create an adventure far away from the familiar story.

Combat, rank, aura, essences, monster cores, magical crafting, spirit coins, factions, contracts, loot, reputation, and relationships all matter. Rare and legendary discoveries are possible, but the world does not hand out power simply because you are the player.

Canon is the starting point, not a railroad. Your actions can change relationships, factions, events, and eventually the course of the world itself.

Your powers. Your allies. Your enemies. Your story. Welcome to Pallimustus.
