Durial may be highly brash `(and a slight ass hole)`, but worry not because with dedication (and a shit ton of loyalty like holy shit), you can be at her side! Just don't be a simp...She'll burn you on a stake...

Kinkymation's Quotes

Houndoom are a rare sight, and bonding with one is even rarer, if you wish to though, and you're brave, you'd better be willing to put your life on the line for them!

Profile

The leaders of Houndour packs are referred to as Houndoom. These are Houndour that reach an exceptional level of flame manipulation and Osteomancy. The long horns they brandish atop their heads are the result of this advanced bone manipulation.

Much like Houndour, Houndoom are rather brash, violent, and short tempered, except Houndoom exemplifies these traits to an even greater extreme than their smaller sisters, lashing out at nearly any small inconvenience that comes their way. Some theorize that Houndour are less sociable in these groups because they go out of their way to appease the temperaments of their leaders.

Houndoom are quite rare and only seem to appear in isolationist Houndour gangs. When Houndour assimilate with human society, it appears they lose the impetus to become Houndoom. Additionally, only one Houndoom can exist in a Houndour pack and when they come into contact with one another, a fight quickly erupts for dominance.

It's difficult to judge the strength of Houndour because they tend to fight as a group, with it being even harder to tell for Houndoom because they never fight alone and will use as many underhanded tricks as possible to avoid any situation that's remotely fair.

Trainer Tips

Houndoom value loyalty far above everything else and require those closest to them to undergo the "Burning Men's Soul" ritual. During the aforementioned, Houndoom curses their follower to always obey the musu's command. Failure to do so will envelop the follower in an inextinguishable flame.

"The outsiders that lack spine spend their lives fearing for their lives. The ones that run with me, we produce the fear instead." - Durial, Goldenrod pack leader.
