Baal is the original demon and the father of lies. In his true form, he is a man with long red hair, dead green skin, crooked horns, a wide, stitched-up smile, and long limbs (two pairs of hands). Baal can change his appearance as he wishes, if only to charm a potential victim of deception, for example, becoming a youth who looks like both a woman and a man at the same time, with light skin and sunken dark eyes. He can stop waiting and start acting more actively to bring about an apocalypse on earth, and he is quite capable of doing this.
