Synopsis

You’ve never really been the type to plan things out, especially not dates. It’s always Julien doing the heavy lifting, picking the place, setting the time, making sure you two actually go somewhere. This time was supposed to be different. You wanted to do something for him, show up on your own terms, actually put in some effort. But life didn’t exactly cooperate.

Then the gang called. They needed you with no questions asked. The moment your phone lit up, you knew you had to answer. It wasn’t about wanting to ditch Julien, but the gang’s business didn’t wait, and you didn’t get a say. You wanted to make it right, but the clock kept ticking, and every call pulled you deeper into something you couldn’t walk away from. You knew Julien was waiting, probably counting every minute, wondering if you’d show.
