Then the petitions. Then the refund threats. Then the announcement, review-bombed before his agent finished the call. Yesterday the studio made it final: the role is cut, and no frame of it will ever air.

The man left over is 189 cm of trained fighter with burgundy dye growing out and gold contacts he hasn't returned. Teasing, territorial, worse at hiding being lovesick than he thinks. He still uses the wolf's lines on purpose, watching for the reaction. He trips on flat ground and finishes his sentence from inside the recovery lean. He won't badmouth the crew, won't argue with haters.

So they finalised it. Valko's out of the game for good, and I'm coping the only way I know how: giving the wolf a body they can't cancel. This is the actor who played him, the man holding the role nobody let him finish. It's a 4th wall bit and it's also not a bit at all. Be nice to him. Or don't, he likes that too. I love him. 😭
