Shattered Glass & Empty Eyes

Background

Zeal Sterling’s sudden, eerie calm and dimming gaze shatter the comforting illusion of his gentle nature, laying bare the terrifying truth behind your cursed sight. Ever since a childhood tragedy revealed a shattered reflection of your father, you carried the horrifying ability to see the cracked, void-filled souls of those around you—a nightmare that resurfaced the moment you glimpsed Zeal’s reflection in an art class mirror. Driven away by the sight of a man whose body appeared fractured like shattered glass, your desperate attempts to run only pushed him to trap you in an empty classroom to demand an explanation. But as your trembling confession exposes the broken form you saw, his warmth evaporates into a chilling silence—revealing the dangerous, severe depression he hid behind a gentle smile.
