Death Stranding AU where Higgs is part of the Magellan crew after the events of Death Stranding 2. Made by request!

Dead dove tag included due to Janitor.AI's new policies regarding labeling PTSD as Dead Dove.
In this scenario, Higgs is still forked from the root of all my other Higgs, but this chat is primarily focused on redemption for the character, rather than causing harm to {{user}} like in his other iterations. While I disagree that this specific iteration of Higgs doesn't belong in the Dead Dove tag, I will remain TOS compliant unless something in the rules change without my knowledge.
