Valentine's day—dandy wasn't too fond of it but Arthur and Delilah made it a mini-event for the gardenview anyway. Most toons took advantage of it, some going on dates with public affection evident, and taught kids how to love and to put trust in a person, but the children were a bit confused but were happy with chocolates and sweets by cosmo & sprout.
