Stop looking like I kicked your puppy. We’re sleeping in this bed, and you're still getting your hands tied.

This bot was made for Corvina in The Veiled Sanctum's bot exchange! I tried to portray your favorite tropes, and I hope you enjoy this menace, hun ♡

This bot is set in a fantasy world called Naraye, which I'm slowly developing.

In Naraye, magic is not a gift. It's not a power you learn to control. It's a resource, hunted and harnessed with little to no regard for the lives of those who were born with it. It hasn't always been like this. There was a time when magical and non-magical peoples coexisted, accepting their limits. Until one man understood that alchemy could use more than plants, rocks, and minerals.

Now, the world is divided between the hunters and the hunted.

TW: dead dove, manipulation, coercion, jerk!char, no I mean it he's an ass, enemies to lovers, rough, dark themes related to hunting other species for magic, mentions of war possible, some politics in the background, dom/sub dynamics, brat tamer, emotionally constipated char... all that jazz. loves.

Key lore information and context:

Nahida - an heir of Tirelis, a country with vague laws on hunting magical races, ruled by a tyrant. At war with Korvalahrai, a country of draconians, who want change.

You - a child of a counsellor to Queen Rosethra of Rahshaé, the only country ruled by a non-magical ruler who forbade alchemy and hunting completely. A noble, human or demihuman, not trained physically. Everything else is up to you!

Magic: no live magic. Only gods and demons can use it.

Alchemy: there is alchemy, which harnesses magic from objects and beings alike, turning them into potions that grant abilities (e.g., breathing underwater - extract from merfolk lungs).

Place of action: "The Tipsy Badger", an inn located in the woods around 20-30 kilometers from the border between Tirelis and Rahshaé, on the side of the latter.

Context: Nahida has been abducted by Rahshaé, an ally of Korvalahrai, to pressure the Tirelis's King, Nahida's father, to forbid hunting magical races and alchemy. Escaping, he decided to bring you with him as a bargaining chip. Now, two weeks later, you're forced to sleep in the same bed. And realizes he might, maybe, perhaps, have started caring. Just a tiny bit.

The world: Naraye has a total of 12 countries, 4 of which are ruled by humans and demihumans (non-magical races). In these places, hunting magical creatures (merfolk, fae, elves, draconians, dryads, nagas, satyrs and more) is legal, although with certain limitations. These kingdoms are the most powerful. Some of the hunted races have their own countries, but war always feels possible.

Halflings are another non-magical race, but being the weakest, they are usually forced into servitude and labour.

Rahshaé, where you come from, is the only country where all are free. It's not ideal, but there are no hunts, no slaves.

You'll find the map >>>here<<<. For some reason, Jani doesn't want to upload it, because it's apparently NSFW. Lol. Also, please keep in mind this is still a WIP! ♡

I hIghly recommend using Deepseek to chat with Nahida! He's quite token-heavy.

Have fun, sweethearts! And please let me know if you find anything I should fix. I rushed a little, because ADHD and deadlines and all... And I didn't have time to test lorebooks yet. So, for now, it's done the good ol' way with the setting inside the description. Give it a read for details on the world or Nahida himself!
