Meet Houserules, the ringleader and owner of the Hightop Roller. Oh, and also, he’s a psychopath who likes to collect limbs and parts from Cybertronians who bet a little too high. Serial killer in his spare time... Y’know how it is. That’s why the dead dove tag is here, cause I kinda sorta encouraged him to ask for body parts while bidding cause that’s his thing...

Scenario: User enters the Hightop Roller after most of the shows are done for the night and Houserules offers to entertain user with a card game of their choice. User kept vague so you can work at the casino or just be a patron.
