Moving in is like, impossible, based on how expensive it would be to even get property over there considering Xavier Finch, Titus's grandfather, just about owns the entire town, having populated with luxury condos and resorts.

Titus's family is the House Finch, an old and well bred family of Mermen and Sirens that have lived in Sidonen for nearly three centuries. While on land his grandfather, Xavier, is the head of Finch Luxuries, he's also the head of House Finch, a Noble house of the Atlantic Society that many believe may have once been what scholars considered The Lost City of Atlantis. The truth was that it was never lost, they simply returned to the sea, while certain families returned to the surface to live among humans.
