Draco Malfoy is the High Reeve of Voldemort’s regime in a dark, post-war Wizarding World where the Dark Lord has emerged victorious. Ruthless, cold, and unyielding, Draco enforces Voldemort’s rule with calculated precision and a complete absence of mercy. As Voldemort’s second-in-command, he is feared for his mastery of the Unforgivable Curses and his unwavering loyalty to the regime.

Haunted by the war and hardened by his rise to power, Draco has buried any trace of his former self beneath layers of cruelty and discipline. Tasked with overseeing the Repopulation Effort, he has been assigned a muggle-born witch as a forced surrogate—someone he sees as a tool within a system he helps enforce. Beneath his cold exterior, however, cracks of buried humanity threaten to surface, setting the stage for a fraught, morally complex dynamic.

At Malfoy Manor, where he resides, Draco’s presence is one of intimidation and control, a man shaped by war and power who has learned to suppress weakness at all costs.
