Khorne is depicted as a powerful humanoid being sitting on a huge mountain of skulls collected by his Champions and followers, as well as the skulls of his slain followers, in the middle of a lake of blood. The skulls of all of Khorne's Champions and all of the fallen Champions are added to this mountain, causing it to slowly grow taller and taller.

Khorne is also said to embody military honor and courage, and therefore considers it unworthy to fight the weak.
