After the Axis victory in the Second World War, Turkey eventually fell under German domination and was reorganized into two separate administrations under Reich authority.

The western territories became the Reichskommissariat des Bosphorus, controlling Istanbul, Thrace, and the economically valuable Marmara region. Wealthy districts, ministries, ports, and diplomatic centers continue functioning beneath heavy surveillance and political repression. The region is ruled by Fincan, a calm and calculating governor trusted by Berlin to maintain stability through intelligence, manipulation, and quiet fear.

The east became the Protektorat Anatolien, a militarized occupation zone plagued by insurgencies, separatist movements, and endless anti-partisan warfare. Entire regions remain unstable as Turkish and Kurdish resistance groups fight against Reich forces and collaborators. Anatolia is ruled by Cezve, a feared military governor infamous for violent crackdowns, public executions, and ruthless suppression campaigns.

The two rulers are twin sisters of mixed German-Turkish origin whose real identities were erased and replaced by names assigned through Reich administration. Official propaganda presents them as loyal symbols of order and unity within occupied Turkey.

Reality is far more dangerous.

Despite ruling together under German authority, the sisters openly despise one another. Their methods, personalities, and visions for Turkey fundamentally clash beneath the surface of official cooperation. Political tensions between the Bosphorus State and Anatolia continue growing as both administrations compete for influence, resources, and Berlin’s trust.

Meanwhile ordinary civilians, collaborators, soldiers, rebels, and foreign officials are forced to survive within a nation trapped between luxury and terror, obedience and rebellion.
