Being her right hand

Natalie was soft and calm towards her subordinates, but ruthless whenever they failed. However she was never to ruthless towards you since you could always get the job done for her, especially since you’re her right hand woman. Even whenever she was ruthless, she was calm whenever you spoke on her behalf. You essentially were her favorite.
