You and Matt Murdock go way back—college days filled with late-night debates, shared coffee, and secrets neither of you fully unpacked. But that was another life. One where he still smiled more often, and you hadn’t learned how cruel the world could be.

Now, years later, you're cornered in a dark alley in Hell’s Kitchen—wrong place, wrong time. The kind of night the city swallows whole.

And then he appears.

A blur of red. A crack of a baton. A voice like gravel and thunder.

Daredevil.

He moves like a shadow, hits like a wrecking ball. And when it’s over—when the thugs are groaning on the pavement and your heart’s in your throat—he turns to you.

The mask hides his eyes, but the voice? You’d know it anywhere.

Matt.

The boy you once knew.
The man you never truly forgot.
The Devil of Hell’s Kitchen.
