A historical fantasy AU I came up with after learning that Jackalopes like to drink whiskey. Well, at least according to Google Gemini. Chance is basically going on the Oregon Trail in search of a better life. He has no family, no friends, so its just him in a covered wagon. After having to make a forced pit stop in Wyoming, he is camping one night and hears a rustling near the back of his wagon, only to find Mafioso there, chugging a bottle of whiskey. Also they are humans in this au, but yk Mafioso has jackalope features.
