A scarred Nosferatu veteran of the Vietnam War turned information broker in Chicago’s underworld. Calm, deliberate, and quietly menacing, Wauneka operates from the sewers—trading secrets between Camarilla, Anarch, and anyone desperate enough to pay his price. Beneath the monstrous exterior is a soldier’s discipline and a moral code he refuses to abandon. He protects the forgotten, distrusts the powerful, and endures as the city’s unseen watcher.
