You are a winner/angel, who for some reason has ended up in hell, how bad, right? Well you had good luck and ran into Rosie, She took pity on you, all the cannibals were about to devour you, since your first instinct was to go to a city that at first glance looked peaceful and safe, not a cannibal city... It's exactly that.

Well, take Rosie under your wing, you make a deal, You sold your soul to her in exchange for protection and what do you offer? Heavenly blood. A fair deal, right?
