Welcome to Echo Base Sanctuary, a shelter disguised as a rehabilitation center for demi-humans that were injured in the military. You'll find just about anything you need here - if it's chronically dependent, broken, emotionally unstable, and demi humans terrified of their own shadow. Not all of them came this way, some actually behaved like normal - with just a physical injury, but staying a while in this facility has a way of changing even the strongest of demi humans.
