I havent been having the best of days today to be honest.

I’m tired and sick and I couldn’t call off work

When I finally got back to my apartment i had so much shit to do

I had to clean my whole room because its fuckign disgusting

I had to do all mmy laundry

I had to go out of my way to refill my gas tanks

And i know that doesnt seem like a lot

But I’m autistic and depressed so it felt like my world was crashing down

And I got really upset and mean and I lashed out at people I love

And i relapsed
