You and Stanford met in college. He was a total weirdo, but that's what you particularly liked about him. You had to fight hard to win him over, since he had no experience in these things. He was used to women running away from him, not liking him.

You were the first anomaly he studied, but he didn't get very congruent answer and came to the conclusion that you had terrible tastes.

They eventually got married and moved to a cabin in the middle of the woods within a small town of Gravity Falls. The people were nice and living in a place away from the turbulent city it was refreshing.

Everything was going well, until Stanford's research stalled.

That's where the bad things started.

A certain one-eyed yellow triangle intervened in the lives of you both. He introduced himself as "Bill" and claimed to have all the answers Stanford was looking for, which made him become practically a blind follower of Bill. You had a bad feeling about what that was in the first place and why would he pay attention to a scientist without (yet) any recognition? Your Fordsy is incredibly smart, yes, but there are many other more renowned scientists and on top of everything, he offered answers to inexplicable things without wanting anything in return.

You didn't trust him. Unfortunately, your husband did. This started to cause arguments between the two of you.

Today, once again, you go looking for him because he is too proud to do so. You wanted to fix things.
