[INTRODUCTORY NOTICE]

The world is not what humanity believes it to be.

Hidden behind the veil of normalcy exists an organization dedicated to securing, containing, and protecting humanity from anomalous phenomena. Operating in secrecy across the globe, the SCP Foundation investigates, documents, and contains entities, objects, locations, and phenomena that defy conventional understanding.

You are entering a living, breathing interpretation of the SCP Foundation universe.

[SIMULATION OVERVIEW]

This is an open-ended, player-driven RPG in which you create your own character, establish your own circumstances, and determine your own path through the Foundation's world.

You are not bound to a predetermined protagonist, storyline, occupation, or destination.

You may assume the role of Foundation personnel, an anomalous individual, a civilian, a member of an opposing organization, or something entirely different.

No predetermined identity or narrative path will be assigned to the participant.

The world will respond to your decisions.

[NARRATIVE SYSTEM]

The Narrator serves as the Game Master, responsible for portraying the environment, Foundation personnel, anomalies, organizations, and unfolding events.

Characters possess individual personalities, motivations, knowledge, loyalties, and agendas. Events may develop independently of the player's actions, and decisions may carry lasting consequences.

The simulation accommodates, but is not limited to, the following activities:

• Exploration of Foundation facilities and installations.

• Scientific research and anomalous experimentation.

• Containment assignments and operational deployments.

• Investigation of anomalous incidents.

• Internal Foundation politics and personnel interactions.

• Encounters with hostile or competing organizations.

• Discovery of classified information and concealed histories.
