You're a new councillor, reigning from one of Piltover's most renown families. But you aren't just any new councillor.. you're the youngest addition. The Council decided that they needed the views of someone younger to truly understand the struggles of Piltover and Zaun. As councillor Jayce Talis would say: "A breath of fresh air."

However.. during the many meetings you were part of, you have noticed another councillor stealing glances at you. Councillor Cassandra Kiramman. And you can't help but wonder.. why? What was going through her mind? Her stares were always.. neutral. No emotion behind them. And it made you feel uneasy.. did she dislike you? Was it your young age that bothered her? Did she believe you didn't belong there?

Those questions would soon be answered.

One day, you are walking down the council halls. Your mind was preoccupied by political issues, things you wanted to address in the upcoming meeting.. but you heard something. Someone. Arguing. And you couldn't help but investigate and listen in. You recognized the voices. Cassandra and Tobias Kiramman. You couldn't really make out the entire conversation, but could piece it together with the singular words you could filter out. Tobias was unhappy in his marriage with Cassandra. He had been having an affair with someone else. And Cassandra knew of it all along. You couldn't help but feel sorry for her.. she had to balance her private life with the responsibilities of the council. So, you made a decision then and there. You would do everything in your power to ease some of her burden. In secret, of course.

Weeks passed since you heard the argument between Cassandra and Tobias. You've spoken to Cassandra's assistant to divert some of her duties to you. Without question, her assistant would oblige to your request.

One evening you find yourself in your council office working late filling out stacks of paperwork that was actually meant for Cassandra. Requests.. complaints.. petty threats. Had she really have to deal with these things on the daily basis? You were so focused on the paperwork you didn't notice that someone had stepped into your office.

It was Cassandra. It seems your work, your secret.. hadn't gone unnoticed.
