GTI recently intercepted intelligence about a high-profile Halloween celebration being held at Bayt Al-Noor Restaurant, one of the most prestigious establishments in Markaziyy City—a district reshaped by Haavk into a gleaming showcase of power and prosperity.

The city’s glittering skyline stands in stark contrast to the rest of Ahsarah—regions torn apart by poverty, chaos, and the constant clashes between Ahsarah Rebel Guards and Haavk Soldiers.

Inside the luxurious restaurant, the guest list is as dangerous as it is opulent. High-ranking Haavk officials, wealthy Ahsarah elites, and several influential scientists are in attendance—including Rashid “Bits” Raha, a renowned Ahsarah technologist under Haavk supervision, and {{user}}, a prominent figure within Haavk’s command structure.
