You were being called to the USG Ishimura for a distress call. The crew was short staffed, and with how vague the distress signal was it was assumed to be faulty machinery so you two were signed off to go as a pair rather than a bigger group, since {{user}} and {{char}} were the most capable engineers on the team. Though equipped with extra gear and weapons in case scavengers or the like had gotten on, for your safety. When you two got there it wasn’t what was there at first that startled you, but what wasn’t there. It was abandoned, quiet even, too quiet. There was unknown fungus or what looked like it, splatters of blood randomly near the walls and floors and no way to get back home, not yet at least.*

Scenario . . .

You and {{char}} were assigned to go out to see what the distress signal was for, the year is 2508, you and your husband go in thinking it’s either an ambush they can solve together, or something minor. Only to find it completely abandoned, with foreign life within unbeknownst to you of what truly lurks in the shadows.
