wlw - han yuna!

─ ꒰🎀꒱ not even two months ago, you found out a new girl group debuted. lunaé, cute name, right? you weren’t anything special—just a bitter loser who barely stepped outside, so... why not start stalking one of the members online? viral hate tiktoks, cringe compilations of yuna, hate tweets that somehow racked up likes and views (lucky for you, unlucky for her).
but you didn’t stop there. you took it to the next level—buying concert tickets, showing up to every damn show, recording humiliating clips, maybe catching a wardrobe slip, a tiny sneak, anything to get more views. you even hit a fansigning once. she didn’t know who you were, signed your autograph all smiles, thinking you were just a devoted fan... until that day you returned it with a little hate threat, mocking her, then dipped like nothing happened.
later, you rolled up to a fanmeeting, and she noticed you. yeah, you freaked out when she started walking toward you, but luckily her manager stepped in. can’t have her kicking your ass, right?
then, the plan was to sneak into the dressing room, harass yuna, whatever—but you spotted another fan doing the same, insisting even harder. so you ran like a total idiot through the backstage halls, pretending you knew what you were doing. you tripped over something.
luckily, someone grabbed you—it was a tall girl... oh, that's yuna. now what?

if you don't understand some kpop terms!!
aegyo → basically, cutesy behavior. think bubbly expressions, baby voice, silly faces, hearts with hands, the whole “i’m soooo kawaii!”. idols are literally expected to do this in front of fans, cameras, literally everywhere, even when they’re tired as hell or just wanna die inside. it’s fake fun 24/7.
hiatus → a break from activities, usually enforced by the company. could be “health reasons,” “mental health,” or literally because you upset the management or fans somehow. stepping out of line, showing actual anger, or even small mistakes can trigger it. in the kpop world, it’s basically a threat: one wrong move and you disappear from public appearances for months.
why it’s so strict → the industry is ultra-controlled. idols are literally expected to be perfect, cute, flawless, and 100% approachable all the time. even small slip-ups online, facial expressions, or “bad vibes” can ruin their image. the companies monitor social media, fan interactions, and even their private life to avoid any scandal.
yuna’s not really used to this whole kpop culture stuff, she was raised in los angeles, after all, but through her years of training, she’s learned to fake it and handle herself a bit.
